Great location in Hanoi

Rooms great Good food and loved the roof area. Kind man in restaurant gave me crackers for my grandson which was so kind.

Nothing really. We did have an issue on first night but the desk staff were amazing and so helpful.

Location is excellent, nice and close to both...

Location is excellent, nice and close to both "walking" streets and lake , staff are very accommodating, property clean and well maintained. Was nice to have a pool on the property albeit enclosed. Breakfast has a great range and includes egg and pho station. Restaurant is on 11th floor with a great view.

This is an amazing hotel, starting with a heart-warming welcome at the reception desk with smiling staff, followed by a tasty Vietnamese buffet style breakfast in a nice, cozy restaurant with Vietnamese colors on the top floor, and perfect cleanup by smiling cleaning ladies. The room is spacious with a big bathtub, a luxury. They even took a good care of us when we encountered an accident on the street, and supported us with translation at the police station and sent us documents even after we left. We owe them a lot for our most pleasant stay in Hanoi. I feel like they represent kind and friendly Vietnamese people. Thanks so much!

Fantastic location, helpful staff. Definitely recommended

The location of hotel is superb, right near attractions and in middle of market thus providing chance to explore Street shops, various food options, fruits cart. Hotel staff is accommodating and helpful. Allowed us early check-in without additional charge. We were able to keep our luggage overnight next day while we went to Halong bay tour. Our room was spacious with 4 star kind of amenities. Bathroom was also spacious. Couldn't enjoy swimming pool, may be next time :-)

It will make more sense to book airport transfer through some other channels. I did through Klook

staff was nice & helpful

We stayed in a Presidential Suite. Space is good but furnitures are old & dirty. Blankets are very thin & old. Swimming pool looks stunning on the picture but reality is not that nice. Breakfast is ok but It would be nice if they add some more local dishes. We expected a bit more for a 4 star boutique hotel.

Lovely, clean and central to Hoan Kiem Lake and shops

Buffet breakfast was great. Heaps of choices. Reception desk were helpful. Room was spacious. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. View from breakfast buffet venue was awesome. Staff were pleasant. Fresh fruit in the room each day was fabulous.

Would be great if pancakes were an option on breakfast buffet

All of the staff was extremely polite and friendly - driver, receptionists, cleaning staff, restaurant personell. Everyone was kind and friendly. I had also pre-booked pick-up and transfer to and from the airport for USD 40.00. This had also worked out very well and was a very convenient experience.

Excellent location, service was faultless and the covered...

Excellent location, service was faultless and the covered pool just brilliant after a hot day adventuring

The facilities are a but dated but extremely clean...so not that we "didn't like" anything per say. Would have been nice for the air con to be left on after housekeeping, only because it was exceptionally hot during our stay

A bit run down with a disappointing breakfast.

Location was great. Very close to Hoan Kiem lake and all of the evening bustle. Also close to the water puppet theatre (a must when in Hanoi). Bed was fairly comfy and air con worked well.

Appears clean, modern and well kept in photos. In reality the hotel is showing its age. We had mouldy wallpaper in our room and the bath was damaged. The breakfast was fairly limited and the cooked food looked as if it had been there for hours stone cold. Felt we could have picked a much better hotel for the same amount of money. It was just ok.
